Injury Treatment and Rehabilitation

from the Initial Acute stage which will follow the principals of RICE

Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation.

Post acute stage with some non weight bearing mobilisation and muscle tone exercises, Ultrasound and Interferential treatment and massage therapy.

Rehabilitation work which will be partial and full weight bearing strengthening exercises, proprioception work and functional rehabilitation advise.

I have trained with the Football Association and successfully obtained their diploma in the Treatment & Management of Injuries in Football.

I have also obtained a Sports Electrotherapy , and Sports Injuries Qualification through the British School of Yoga as well as keeping up to date with courses run on ultrasound and electrotherapy by Physique Management and SKF services limited.

I am a qualified first Aider and a member of the St.John Ambulance organisation.

I also buy rehabilitation equipment from Physique Management and SKF services, this equipment is available for loan or purchase .
